Central Coast Best Places to Work Survey Reveals Top Employers and Areas for Improvement

Introducing the Central Coast’s Top Employers for the Year

The Pacific Coast Business Times recently released their annual survey on the Central Coast Best Places to Work. This year’s report featured many new faces, with over 1,200 employees participating in the survey. The respondents came from various workplaces, ranging from large international firms to small businesses and nonprofits.

The survey received high levels of participation and provided valuable insights into the best workplaces on the Central Coast. Participants were asked to rate their employers’ policies and stances on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. The responses were then averaged to provide a fair evaluation of each workplace.

The list was divided into two sections: Best Places to Work, based on the total average score, and Companies to Watch, which featured businesses with fewer responses. Overall, the survey provided valuable data that can help employees make informed decisions about where to work and help employers improve their workplaces.
