Experience the Once-in-a-Lifetime Solar Eclipse at Johnson City’s Science Mill

Space is limited at Science Mill for eclipse viewing

The Science Mill in Johnson City is excited to offer special limited admission for the April 8 total solar eclipse. This unique opportunity allows visitors to witness the moon completely blocking out the sun for approximately 4 minutes starting at 1:35 p.m. on that Monday. The museum, located near the path of totality, provides an ideal spot to experience this rare astronomical event.

Each ticket for the solar eclipse viewing includes regular museum admission for four people, four solar eclipse-viewing glasses, and a designated parking space in the west parking lot off of U.S. 290. However, parking availability is subject to weather conditions and can only be guaranteed inside the west parking lot where the event will take place.

The Science Mill is located at 101 S. Lady Bird Lane, making it easily accessible for those interested in attending the solar eclipse viewing. Due to the anticipated popularity of the event, tickets are limited and walk-ins will not be permitted on April 8th. To reserve your tickets or get more information about this incredible opportunity, visit sciencemill.org or call (844) 263-6405 or email [info@sciencemill.org](mailto:info@sciencemill.org).
